Spa Etiquette

Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. We politely request all spa clients to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. With this in mind, we are a mobile phone, camera and smoke free zone.

How to book an appointment

We highly recommend that you book your treatment in advance to secure your preferred day and times. This can be done in person, online via Fresha, by calling 020 7998 7872, WhatsApp 07542 605 679 or by emailing info@ayannaspa.co.uk

Cancellation Policy

Please inform us of any change or cancellation to a scheduled treatment at least 24 hours in advance. A 50% cancellation fee will apply if sufficient notice is not given to cancel or amend any reserved treatments. Please note this same rule applies to clients with packages. This same rule will apply to no show treatments.

Arrival

For your first appointment, we invite you to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to check in and complete a consultation form. For subsequent appointments, we advise you to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your treatment time. Whilst we will always try to accommodate your treatments, late arrival may mean a reduction in your treatment time due to prior bookings although the full value of your treatment will be charged.

Patch Test

All tint and lash lift treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours prior.

Mobile Phones

Mobile phones, should be turned off or switched to silent mode. Please be considerate of other guests if an urgent call needs to be answered. When sitting in our waiting area, we kindly ask you to keep phone volume low.

Minimum Age

Clients under the age of 16 years must provide an in person parental consent for any treatment to be administered.

Pregnancy

Ayanna Spa has specially selected treatments for expectant mothers. Please contact reception so that we can advise you on the most suitable treatments. We are unable to offer any massage treatments to expectant mothers in the first pregnancy trimester (before 12 weeks).

Spa Wear

We provide disposable underwear for your privacy and comfort of our therapists. They should be worn during non waxing and massage treatments. For pedicure treatments we advice you to bring open toe shoes to avoid nail polish being ruined.

Well Being

Please remember to stay hydrated before and after your treatments. We provide fresh water and a wide range of herbal teas to enjoy after your treatment. Please inform your therapist

Valuables

We do not assume liability for any valuables so recommend that you leave such items at home.

Courses / Memberships

Courses and Memberships are strictly non refundable and will not be redeemed for cash or credit. If the treatment cannot be performed for medical or other reasons, it is at our discretion to transfer to another treatment.
Courses and Memberships have an expiry date of 12 months.

Spa At Home

To extend your Ayanna Spa experience at home, treatment products are available for purchase. If for any good reason a purchased unopened product needs to be returned, a refund or exchange can be processed with 14 days of purchase with valid proof.

Gift Vouchers

The perfect gift for all occasions, gift vouchers can be purchased from the reception and online. Please be advised of our voucher terms and conditions as we adhere to them strictly:

Birthday Vouchers

Clients celebrating their birthday during the month will be sent a complimentary £10 voucher redeemable against a selection of treatments during the birthday month. Treatments excluded are manicures/pedicures, eyelash extensions and medical aesthetics as well as the purchase of home care products. The birthday voucher is non-transferable, has a single use, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with courses and special offers where a discount already applies.

Others

Please refrain from drinking any alcoholic beverage 3 hours or more before treatment. The therapist reserves the right to terminate a treatment if she feels the client’s behaviour is unacceptable.
